At LiliJewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring all tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your padded shipping envelope.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
